Mr. Travaglia oversees the overall accounting functions with a global team of accounting professionals maintaining day-to-day financial operations, issuance of financial reports, management of ledgers, financial accounts, and internal controls.

Prior to joining Phoenix Tower International, Mr. Travaglia. worked at Amazon Web Services as Sr. Manager of Partner Core Operations. Prior to AWS,  he served as CFO for tower company Andean Tower Partners, leading the sale of the business and integration from Torres Unidas to Digital Bridge.  Prior to ATP,  Mr. Travaglia had several positions in controllership and finance at Apple Inc. with focus on the Latin American region contributing with the expansion into Chile and Colombia. Mr. Travaglia started his career at Baxter Healthcare International with positions of increasing responsibility such as Argentina Country Controller, Mexico Director of Finance, Director of Internal Control and Global Reporting and Consolidations.

Mr. Travaglia graduated from the University of Rio Cuarto, Argentina with degree of National Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration from University of St. Thomas, MN. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia and Florida.

Sr Director of Asset Management- LATAM & US

Mariel Bobadilla serves as the Sr Director of the Asset Management Department for Latin America, the Caribbean and United States. In this capacity, Mrs. Bobadilla oversees the relationship with third party property owners who owns the land in which PTI’s towers are located, focusing in creating a strong alliance with such landlords that facilitates the ongoing operation of PTI’s towers across Latin America, the Caribbean, and United States.

Prior to joining Phoenix Tower International, Mrs. Bobadilla worked as a lawyer, specializing in corporate law.

Mrs. Bobadilla graduated from the University Iberoamericana (UNIBE) with a Bachelor of Laws, LLB (equivalent to JD) and completed a master’s in business administration at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). More recently, obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management from Barna Management School. Mrs. Bobadilla is admitted to practice law in the Dominican Republic.

Garrett has 26 years commercial experience in towers, telecommunications and technology across Europe, The Caribbean, and the US.   Prior to joining PTI, Garrett was Director of Casserna Business Consulting, a specialist B2B commercial strategy consulting firm. Garrett was previously Group Chief Operations Officer for Digicel Business, Caribbean, and Latin America.   He spent 7 years working at eir Ireland, in Change and Account Management.  Garrett holds a degree in Economics, a H/DIP in Business & Financial Information Systems, an MBA and completed a leadership development program at Wharton.

As the Sr Director, Tower Development, Mr. Tude oversees PTI’s tower development in the Americas.

Mr. Tude brings over twenty years of experience in project management of telecommunication implementation, including strategic planning, quality assurance, and increasing of growth and profitability in global companies. Prior to joining Phoenix Tower International, Mr. Tude worked at Peony Tech as the Managing Director and provided consulting services for telecommunication companies. Mr. Tude also served as the Vice President, Latin America, of Blue Skies Networks, an American telecommunication company that provides satellite and communication solutions, where he led company operations and was responsible for positioning the company as a main supplier for clients in the U.S. and South America.

Mr. Tude earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rio de Janeiro and a Master of Business Administration from the Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais in Rio De Janeiro.

As the Director of Information Technology, Mr. Campos oversees all aspects of PTI’s technology strategy, including core business applications, infrastructure, development, and telecommunications.

Mr. Campos brings over fifteen years of experience in the field of information technology. Before joining PTI, Mr. Campos held the position of Senior Global Information Technology Manager at Millicom International, where he was responsible for the organization’s productivity tools, security and IT infrastructure, along with the implementation of large projects such as transforming the company’s IT support culture to a self-service oriented culture, cloud technology implementation including the migration of datacenters, creating business intelligence platforms and the development of robotic automation processes.  Mr. Campos has also held senior positions at Ricoh Latin America where he was focused on business transformation, Enterprise Resource Management systems, and he led the Information Security Management ISO 27001 certification.

Mr. Campos graduated from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.

As Director, Site Development Programs, Mr. Garcia provides strategic leadership for the company’s site development operations across the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. With over 20 years of experience in the wireless industry, he has a proven track record in cell site design, construction management, and program execution.

Mr. Garcia is responsible for driving the implementation of Build-to-Suit initiatives, overseeing tower development deployments, reporting, and ensuring process standardization across all rollout programs. His leadership ensures operational efficiency and supports PTI’s continued expansion.

Before joining PTI, Mr. Garcia held senior positions at Morrison Hershfield, MasTec, EBI Consulting, and B+T Group, where he specialized in wireless telecommunications infrastructure. Across multiple U.S. markets, he led key design and development projects while managing financial oversight for various programs. His expertise includes site acquisition, architectural and engineering design, regulatory permitting, and end-to-end construction management.

Mr. Garcia holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and an associate’s degree in architecture from Broward College.

Her professional background is rooted in the consumer goods sector, where she has held diverse roles with renowned companies, including Pernod Ricard (supporting the Central America and Caribbean markets from Florida), Red Bull (in a global capacity at its headquarters), and adidas (with assignments at the Germany headquarters, the Latin America regional office in Panama, and the Italy office).

Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Florida International University, graduating with honors.

Ms. Mizrahi brings over 15 years of global human resources experience across the US, APAC, LATAM. Before joining PTI, she worked in industries such as telecom, consulting, fintech, and private equity, contributing to both start-ups and large organizations.

Her career highlights include leading global restructuring projects, implementing HR systems, and designing talent strategies with a focus on diversity and inclusion. She has successfully managed cross-border teams, overseen company integrations, and streamlined HR processes to enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency. Passionate about fostering inclusive and high-performing workplaces, Ms. Mizrahi is dedicated to driving positive organizational change.

Ms. Mizrahi holds a B.B.A. from Universidad del Pacífico. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Ms. Mosquera is responsible for cash management globally, capital structuring, negotiating debt agreements with financial institutions and maintaining financial discipline for the company.

Prior to joining Phoenix Tower International, Ms. Mosquera worked at FMS Bonds, a leading underwriter of land-secured financings in Florida assisting in the execution of more than 300 transactions totaling $4 billion, and approximately $2 billion of secondary-market trades. Ms. Mosquera held multiple positions within the Infrastructure underwriting team and was responsible for establishing the institutional trading relationship with Municipal bond investors such as Private Equity, Mutual funds, Pension and Hedge funds. During her tenure company revenue grew by 60%.

Ms. Mosquera graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a double major in Real Estate, she has a MBA in Finance from the executive program at Florida Atlantic University and was a former Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Securities broker (FINRA).

With extensive experience in compliance strategy and risk management, she oversees policies and controls across multiple geographies.

Previously, Paula held compliance leadership roles at Telefónica, where she successfully integrated compliance frameworks in multinational organizations and led initiatives to strengthen corporate integrity and regulatory adherence.

She holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School (Spain) and Brown University (USA), as well as a degree in Government & International Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia.

Javier Orozco

Global Controller

As Global Controller, Mr. Orozco oversees accounting operations, technical accounting, internal controls, financial reporting and compliance for the company. Mr. Orozco is responsible for creating and implementing financial policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate accounting practices. He oversees the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, including financial statements and disclosures. Mr. Orozco’s expertise extends to technical accounting and compliance matters, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, business combinations, and consolidation accounting.

Notably, Mr. Orozco played a pivotal role in establishing a shared service accounting center in the Dominican Republic and Colombia, managing a team of over 30 professionals and serving more than 20 countries globally. He also led the transformation of the accounting close process, achieving a five-business-day monthly close. Additionally, Mr. Orozco spearheaded the creation of the technical accounting and financial reporting teams, successfully completing over 60 regulatory and financial audits.

Prior to joining Phoenix Tower International, Mr. Orozco worked as an Assurance Manager at BDO USA, Inc., where he oversaw audit engagements, advised clients on economic and regulatory risks, and resolved complex accounting issues. He also played a key role in business development activities and was responsible for ensuring engagement profitability. Before that, he served as an Audit Supervisor at Marcum, LLP, where he conducted financial statement audits for various industries and supervised audit staff.

Mr. Orozco holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Florida and Vermont and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Public Accountants, and the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has also completed certifications and programs in Business Analytics, Leading with Finance, Sustanible Business Strategy and Leadership and Management from renowned institutions such as Harvard Business School and Wharton Business School.

As the Director of Corporate Finance with over 10 years of industry experience, Mr. Perez De Anda oversees the company’s long-term financial health and growth by establishing strategic plans to maximize profits. He also manages investor relations, producing ad-hoc reports, analyses, and presentations that inform corporate strategy decisions. Mr. Perez De Anda is responsible for evaluating the company’s overall valuation through financial modeling based on historical performance, macroeconomic factors, growth drivers, and business risks, with the goal of maximizing shareholder equity.

Before assuming his current role, Mr. Perez De Anda served as Senior Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions at PTI, a department he joined in October 2014. During this tenure, he successfully led and closed over 120 transactions across 20+ countries, acquiring more than 15,000 sites and generating over $200 million in Tower Cash Flow (TCF) for the company. His responsibilities included conducting due diligence, negotiation, and integrating new portfolios during PTI’s fastest period of exponential growth. In multiple instances, he also served as interim General Manager, opening local offices and collaborating with sellers and vendors to ensure smooth integration processes in new markets following large M&A transactions.

Mr. Perez De Anda earned both his bachelor’s degree in international business and finance and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Philadelphia University (now Jefferson University).

Vivek is a proven leader in the wireless industry with over fifteen years of experience in the areas of real estate, in-building solutions, and business development.  As the Global Head of Real Estate, Vivek leads PTI’s wireless infrastructure leasing program, covering thousands of properties that PTI markets and manages for its partners.

 Prior to joining PTI, Vivek worked for BAI Communications (formerly Mobilitie) and Ericsson in their Chicago area offices.  While at Mobilitie, Vivek was responsible for developing and growing wireless network infrastructure business with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) while also helping lead the real estate deployment of several thousand small cell installations across the United States.  While at Ericsson, Vivek led large scale site acquisition, construction, integration, and optimization projects on behalf of MNOs across the Midwest region of the U.S.

 Vivek holds a Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Supply Chain Management and International Business from Michigan State University.  Vivek is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois.

Stephen Orchard

General Counsel - U.S.

As US General Counsel for Phoenix Tower International, Mr. Orchard oversees the day-to-day legal operations of PTI’s US assets including traditional towers, rooftops, billboards and cutting edge DAS installation projects at some of the country’s most iconic buildings.

In 20 years of private practice prior to Mr. Orchard’s career at PTI, he managed and operated Law Offices of Stephen Orchard representing parties during complex commercial and residential real estate transactions. The firm provided additional services in the areas of civil litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Orchard frequently guest lectured on complex matters of business law at Florida Atlantic University during his time in private practice. Mr. Orchard successfully navigated legal matters on behalf of his clients in the courtroom and at the closing table, bringing a wide variety of legal experiences to his role at PTI.

Mr. Orchard obtained his B.A. from Florida Atlantic University, and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Orchard is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

As Chief Financial Officer for Europe, JS Falisse oversees strategic planning, financial processes and reporting, accounting, tax and treasury for PTI’s European markets.

An Accountant by training, Mr. Falisse previously held several lead accounting and finance positions at Discovery Inc. from 2008 to 2021, including SVP Corporate Finance, Transformation Finance Officer, CFO Eurosport, and Global Controller.

During his tenure he coordinated the $15 billion acquisition and integration of Scripps Networks and the resulting company transformation program of over $3 billion, participated to the acquisition and integrated over $1 billion nonfiction and sport television networks in Europe, created and led a 250-employee global accounting organization and processes.  Prior to Discovery, JS served as CFO of Orange group in the Americas, merging global telecommunications service providers in 225 countries, and as a consultant for PwC.

Senior Director of Human Resources, Europe

As Senior Director of Human Resources for Europe, Sarah Cullen oversees talent acquisition, training, engagement, benefits and compensation, employee relations, and employment law compliance across all markets within Europe. In addition to the full life cycle with HR, Ms. Cullen supports the Global Wings initiatives and partners with our local communities to uphold the core company values.

Prior to joining PTI, Ms. Cullen had extensive experience providing guidance and support within startup organizations in the IT security and software industries, building employer brands and enabling organizations to scale while creating their people strategy. Ms. Cullen is a commercially focused HR professional with a keen passion for marrying the business objectives to the people strategy to enable high performing teams. She brings experience across all functional areas of Human Resources, with specialization in team building, performance coaching, employee development & engagement, and employment law compliance.

As Senior Director of Operations in Europe, Mr. Long has direct management and overseas strategic operations of Phoenix Tower International across Europe. He is responsible for day-to-day oversight on all operational aspects of the tower and network assets in the company’s European markets including site development, site maintenance, access and safety, regulatory compliance, vendor selection and management, structural integrity and engineering services, operating processes, budget and cost management, and efficiency and optimization programs. He performance manages our teams and supports developing our talent. In addition, he supports our regional sales, leasing, and assets teams in driving customer service excellence with market-leading cycle times, and provides M&A assistance for new market entry and new portfolio acquisitions.

Mr. Long is a seasoned leader who came to Phoenix Towers International with over 21 years of experience, knowledge, and passion across disciplines and leadership roles developing, operating, and managing shared communication infrastructure and their teams.

Before joining Phoenix Towers International, Mr. Long spent 12 years at American Towers Corporation holding various operationally focussed leadership roles, supporting business operations and growth across Africa and Europe. Latterly, as Vice President of European Operations he led regional efforts to review and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations across France, Germany, Spain, and Poland with over 30,000 sites and more than 500 employees. He developed BPM strategy, identified best practices, implemented standardization, continually identified ways to optimize costs, reduce cycle times, systems innovation and automation, regional environment and sustainability, M&A and new market start-up and portfolio integration. Mr, Long was a member of the European Management team and international integration team for France, Ghana, Germany, Poland, Spain, and Tanzania, and during his tenure, held the role of leading an international multi-cultural multi-language team integrating the largest portfolio acquisition in their company's history culminating in Team of the Year award. Before American Tower, Mr. Long was Managing Director of a communications infrastructure service company providing a wide range of communications infrastructure services to mobile phone companies across Europe including, new site acquisition; landlord relations; site management; sites development; program management; regulatory building and environmental permitting; third-party vendor management; managing collocation applications and developing advanced workflow reporting.

As Senior Director of Sales, Mr. Tricarico is responsible for PTI’s sales operations across all European markets. Mr. Tricarico brings over twenty years of experience of Telecommunications Sales to the main European Telco Operators and Broadcasters, leading the sales in the EMEA region and, recently, for one of the major Tower Companies. He has been successfully involved in the start-up and development of markets and customers, in the identification of new opportunities to increase turnover and search for new prospects, as well as in the coordination and development of the sales team.  Cadet at the military academy of Modena, he got a Master Degree in Computer Science at the University of Turin. He spent more than twelve years serving the Italian Army as Officer in Command, in UN and NATO missions abroad.

Before joining Phoenix Tower International, Mr. Rodrigues served as the Business Unit Director at MXT Holdings, an investment platform specialized in communication infrastructure assets in Mexico. In this role, he oversaw corporate development, sales, construction, and operations with a team of over 20 employees.

Prior to that, Mr. Rodrigues held several Business Development positions in the infrastructure sector, serving both public and private markets, in large construction companies. Ricardo holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Aveiro, Portugal, and is fluent in Portuguese, French, English, and Spanish.

Mr. Figueroa has more than 25 years of telecommunications and information technology experience.  Prior to joining PTI, Mr. Figueroa held various senior positions within Siemens and Nokia, including Vice President for Enterprise in North America, Head of Market Development and Vice President of Sales for Local Operators in Latin America.  Mr. Figueroa’s extensive experience gives him a deep understanding of customer needs, customer focus, and knowledge of the complete value chain of the wireless and wireline telecommunication infrastructure business.

Mr. Figueroa earned a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Simon Bolivar in Venezuela and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of São Paulo in Brazil.

He is responsible for the structural engineering integrity of the assets, site maintenance, access, security, vendor and cost management.

Mr. Sanchez has 25 years of telecommunications and tower infrastructure experience with expertise in site acquisition, permitting, power, Build-To-Suit deployment, collocations, maintenance, structural engineering and due diligence. Prior to joining PTI, Mr. Sanchez was Director of the Shared Service Center Operations for Latin America at American Tower Corporation and held several positions at IUSACELL and NEXTEL in Mexico.

Mr. Sanchez holds a bachelor´s degree in Civil Engineering and master’s degree in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico.
