Carbon Neutrality

We're committed to re-certifying as CarbonNeutral® in 2025 and maintaining this certification in subsequent years, demonstrating our ongoing dedication to environmental responsibility.

Our Goals:
3.5% Reduction in total greenhouse gas emissions in 2025 through strategic initiatives including expanded on-site renewable energy generation, increased deployment of solar power solutions, and implementation of energy-efficient LED aviation lighting across our portfolio.

25% Reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions intensity per site, realized through targeted efficiency improvements and renewable energy initiatives.
