Sale and Lease-back
PTI’s creative transaction structures help our customers grow their business while offloading towers. Sale and lease-back allows our customers to unlock value and focus on areas of strategic importance leaving the operations to us. We have done significant transactions with our customers and focus on helping them achieve their goals. We understand not only the sale documents but the operational pitfalls and solutions under a Master Lease Agreement which represents the basis of a long and fulfilling partnership on the tower assets with our customers.
Tower Acquisition
PTI acquires infrastructure assets from independent tower owners, developers, and other sellers through corporate carve outs, asset purchases and share purchase transactions. We have significant experience here doing both stock and asset transactions in multiple jurisdictions all over the world and our pricing is always competitive in all of the markets we do business in.
Financing and Development Partnerships
PTI funds the construction of towers or other wireless infrastructure such as DAS, fiber or small cell projects via milestone payments or other financing partnerships via milestone payments for developers which eliminates out of pocket expenditures and allows the developer to focus on the project at hand and not fundraising. This allows a developer to take on projects of much larger size using PTI’s balance sheet to support them and PTI has successfully executed these arrangements with various developers all over the world for years to our mutual benefit.
