London, October 5th, 2022: Wren House Infrastructure Management Limited (“Wren House”), the London-based global infrastructure investment manager, is pleased to announce it will become a minority investor in Phoenix Tower International (“PTI””), a US-based provider of mobile communications infrastructure and one of the largest and fastest growing independent tower platforms in the world. PTI is majority owned by funds led by Blackstone’s infrastructure business.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Florida, PTI operates over 19,000 towers across 20 countries in North America, South America, the Caribbean and Europe. It has a diversified, long-term customer base of global mobile network operators and has consistently grown revenues across all of its markets in recent years. Wren House is committed to supporting PTI’s focus on further accelerated growth.
