Environmental Stewardship

Our environmental approach is backed by concrete and measurable actions that demonstrate our commitment to sustainable telecommunications infrastructure.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL GOALS:

  • Increase energy-efficient solutions by the deployment of LED lighting systems and on-site solar power generation across the portfolio of sites.

  • Reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions intensity per site by 30% from the 2022 baseline by 2030.

  • Achieve Carbon Neutral® certification following a yearly emission reduction instrument.

Sustainable Infrastructure Innovation

Our PTI Power solutions deliver tangible results, reducing our client’s power consumption by up to 20% reducing GHG emissions and also reducing operating costs.

Digital Twin

The Digital Twin helps us minimize health and safety risks associated with manual inspections, as well as eliminating transportation-related emissions. This strategy enables remote monitoring and predictive maintenance while protecting our workforce and enhancing operational efficiency across our global portfolio.

Social Responsibility

Our social impact initiatives encompass the growth, wellbeing, health, safety, and security of everyone we work with, from our employees and customers to the communities where we live, work, and conduct business in. 

GOALS:

  • Implement a global supplier engagement program for collecting health and safety data across all PTI markets and establish company-wide safety performance goals.

  • Yearly renewal of the Great Place to Work® awards, reflecting improvements in employee engagement and satisfaction.

GOVERNANCE GOALS:

  • Expand contractor and supplier accountability by embedding sustainability due diligence and Code of Conduct expectations across relevant business relationships.

  • Maintain Board-level oversight of business ethics, sustainability matters, and enterprise risks to support responsible governance and informed decision-making.

  • Strengthen management leadership of the sustainability program through the Sustainability Working Group quarterly sessions, supporting coordination, accountability, and continuous improvement across the business.
